Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Strong interest in project management, business analytics, data visualization and operational excellence.
• Analytical and structured mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Familiarity with Power BI and reporting automation is a plus.
• Interest in supply chain, repair or operational environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to work autonomously in cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the team’s project portfolio tracking, status, costs and risks.
• Improve project tracking, governance, and reporting processes.
• Prepare regular project updates and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders on savings and business impact reporting.
• Learn and apply Microsoft Power BI to dashboards and reports.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Contribute to KPI definition and reporting methodologies.
• Assist in automating recurring reporting activities.
