Job summary

HP is offering a Project Management & Business Analytics internship in Spain. You will work with the Global Repair & Refurbish Operational Excellence team to coordinate project portfolios, transform data into insights, and improve how performance and savings are tracked and communicated.

Ideal candidates are business or engineering students with interest in Power BI, data visualization, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Interest in project management, analytics, data visualization, and operational excellence.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data, identify trends, and translate information into insights.
• Basic Excel and data analysis skills; eager to develop Power BI and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Support tracking of the team’s project portfolio, monitoring status, costs, risks, milestones, and business impact.
• Help standardize project tracking, governance, reporting processes, and documentation.
• Prepare regular project updates and executive summaries for visibility into portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with Finance and project stakeholders to track and report savings and impact.
• Learn and apply Microsoft Power BI to develop dashboards and data visualizations.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Support KPI definitions and reporting methodologies to improve data quality.
