Job summary

Ernesto Ventós S.A. is seeking a Project & Maintenance Engineer to join our Barcelona facilities.

You will lead and manage facility, infrastructure and industrial projects from planning through handover, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgets. You will develop standardized project management procedures, coordinate internal teams, suppliers and contractors, and evaluate technical solutions for reliability and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management for industrial facilities.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Strong understanding of operation, reliability and maintainability of engineering solutions.
• Excellent English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facility, infrastructure and industrial projects end-to-end.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, engineering partners and contractors.
• Prepare technical specifications, feasibility studies and cost estimates.
• Monitor progress, risks and corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation and handover procedures are completed.
