Group-IPS is seeking a Project Director to strengthen our team in Madrid, Spain, with open mobility. The role focuses on project & portfolio management, contract handling, and client presentations across a global client base.

You will lead a diverse team through the full lifecycle of complex capital projects. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience, with a track record on international CAPEX projects, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 12+ years of relevant experience in project management or similar roles.
• Experience managing international CAPEX projects (>€250M).
• Multi-discipline knowledge across engineering and construction sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project and portfolio management across multiple projects.
• Oversee contract management, change orders and dispute resolution.
• Set-up and mobilize project teams, drive client presentations and quotations.
• Recruit and manage the Large Project team, conduct project audits and deploy project-management methodologies.
