Guesty is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to onboard hospitality clients, tailor the Guesty platform to their needs, and train users for maximum adoption. You will build strong client relationships, understand business requirements, and serve as the main onboarding contact.

Required are 3+ years in similar roles, a STEM degree or relevant technical experience, and strong English/French + Spanish or Portuguese language skills.

Formación

• Requires 3+ years in Professional Services Consultant, Technical Account Manager, or Enterprise Support Engineer in a B2B SaaS context.
• Strong communication skills for diverse client audiences and excellent relationship management.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end, manage multiple tasks, and deliver tangible outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer onboarding with configuration, training, and relationship management.
• Act as primary point of contact during onboarding and gather client feedback.
• Develop expertise across the Guesty platform to advise on best practices and configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with CX/CSM to resolve escalations.
• Mine customer needs to optimize configurations and drive product adoption.
• Create onboarding materials and playbooks to improve future onboarding cycles.
