Job summary

Ecolab Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Global Portfolio Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to build, drive and execute the CIP-COP portfolio strategy for pharmaceutical manufacturers. The role reports to the Global Marketing Lead for Pharma portfolio and can be based in France, UK, Germany or Spain.

You will own a full portfolio, develop global marketing plans, support launches, analyze market data and collaborate across functions to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in Marketing or science (chemistry or microbiology).
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical portfolio management.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and data analysis.
• Experience with European/global regulated markets.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage and develop a full portfolio of CIP-COP solutions to hit sales and profit targets.
• Develop the global marketing plan for your portfolio and ensure its execution.
• Support product launches and forecast demand with Supply Chain and R&D.
• Drive market insights and competitive intelligence to guide strategy.
• Lead cross-functional communications across Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory teams.
• Collaborate with System Implementation Team and Planning on product changes.
