Ecolab is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager, Europe to translate global PT marketing strategies into a Europe-focused activation plan. You will localize content, champion campaigns across channels, and drive lead generation while ensuring compliance and language alignment across markets.

Remote role across Europe with travel as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience, and fluent English to engage diverse regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability and willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally to the U.S. as required.

Responsabilités

• Adapt and implement the annual marketing communications strategies for Europe into a European activation plan.
• Localize and extend the global content strategy for European audiences, sourcing regional proof points.
• Serve as regional MarCom expert and advisor to Europe, collaborating with global Product Management and regional teams.
• Identify complex customer-facing issues and advise regional leadership on messaging strategies.
• Collaborate with the Digital MarCom team to drive engagement and generate qualified leads across European markets.
• Track, measure, and report European campaign performance and adjust regional activation as needed.
• Coordinate day-to-day with regional agencies, translation partners, and coordinators to keep work on brand and on schedule.
