Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Global Portfolio Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to build, drive and execute the CIP-COP portfolio strategy for pharmaceutical manufacturers.

The role reports to the Global Marketing Lead for Pharma and can be based in France, UK, Germany or Spain. You will own, manage and develop a full portfolio of solutions, lead global marketing planning, and translate market insights into product launches and communications.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in Marketing or in science (chemistry, microbiology).
• 8+ years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry managing a portfolio.
• Strong project management skillset and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and data analysis.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Digital Tools.
• European/Global experience in highly regulated markets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, setting vision and strategy, planning, critical thinking, orchestrating cross-functionally, overseeing multiple project elements and proven track record of results.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage and develop a full portfolio of compelling solutions to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Develop the Marketing Plan for your portfolio, with a global view, and ensure the execution.
• Support Segment strategies and drive product launches including forecasting, product availability with Supply Chain and R&D, messaging.
• Develop in-depth customer, competitive, and market knowledge and communicate insights to shape strategy.
• Drive customer penetration strategy with pharma CIP/COP customers across Ecolab.
• Support development of an innovation pipeline for future growth responding to needs and market changes.
• Lead strategic projects and facilitate cross-functional communication across teams.
• Coordinate with System Implementation, Supply Chain and Planning to manage product references and messaging.
