Job summary

TPI Composites seeks a seasoned Planning & Project Manager to lead the Planning Supervisor and drive performance across multi-country teams. You will coordinate with team leaders, recruit talent, and implement development programs.

Responsibilities include overseeing training compliance, safety initiatives, and process improvements to optimize field operations. Strong English and Spanish skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in planning or project management.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Planner, and PM systems.
• Experience using AI to automate tasks and analyze workforce data.
• Effective leadership and development of field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Planning Supervisor, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate regular one-on-one meetings with team leaders and technicians to boost performance.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and skills tracking.
• Promote recognition, mentoring, and development programs.
• Ensure technicians keep required certifications, training, and compliance current.
• Coordinate training schedules and renewal of certifications and skills.
• Partner with Training, Projects, and Sales to address workforce development needs.
• Support safety programs, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate support for field personnel related to PPE, uniforms, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Operations to improve efficiency and costs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
