IBERIA COMPOSITECH MANUFACTURING is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive end-to-end initiatives in a manufacturing setting. You will plan, lead, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production, quality, and customers to deliver complex programs on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication skills, a track record of delivering large projects, and the ability to mentor junior staff while improving PM tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering or business related fields preferred.
• 4+ years in project management or similar roles, including large projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication to align stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or composites environments is valued.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
