Turner & Townsend is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to lead advanced planning, scheduling, and progress measurement for major projects. The role involves implementing scheduling strategy, risk analysis, and coordinating WBS/CBS with project teams and contractor controls.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish are required, with the ability to develop strong relationships across the project team and stakeholders.

Formación

• Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management.
• Experience with scheduling tools, preferably Primavera P6.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to develop good working relationships with project team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead advanced planning and scheduling for major or multiple projects, with progress measurement and change management.
• Coordinate development of WBS and CBS with project leads and contractor controls.
• Prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress reports and customized analyses.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules.
• Highlight deviations from baseline and propose corrective actions; support monthly project reporting.
