What You'll Need

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university


• 1–5 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment


• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end


• The ability to break complex problems down into actionable tasks


• Experience using data to justify your work and proposed solutions


• Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact


• An interest in the financial industry

Nice to have

• Experience coding with SQL, Python, R, or Gen AI


• Experience in a fast-growing startup or fintech
