Paymentology is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to partner with leaders across global functions, improving leadership effectiveness, organisational performance, and the quality of people decisions. You will balance strategic influence with practical execution in a fast-moving, distributed environment.

As one of the first hires into this team, you will have meaningful influence over how people partnering is defined, embedded, and measured at Paymentology.
