Forvis Mazars is seeking a Project Manager to join its Global Payroll Client Management team in Barcelona. You will lead end-to-end delivery for multinational clients, coordinating across Europe and managing onboarding, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will partner with client stakeholders, optimize processes with dashboards and analytics, and drive efficiency across complex, cross-border mandates in a fully international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, economics, finance or related field; project management certifications are a plus.
• At least three years of international or multinational experience managing complex client relationships and cross-border engagements.
• Understanding payroll, accounting, auditing or compliance frameworks.
• High proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Planner, Jira).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines with autonomy.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for multinational clients and participating Forvis Mazars countries.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding and transition of new clients into the Global Payroll model.
• Lead ongoing management of cross-border client engagements.
• Create and maintain dashboards to show onboarding progress and client management.
• Identify, manage and resolve operational, financial, and coordination issues.
• Monitor fees, budgets, profitability, and perform financial analyses.
• Define, track and report KPIs and service-level metrics with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Organize governance meetings to review performance, risks and actions.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardizing and automating recurring tasks and reporting.
