Job summary

myPOS is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to own end-to-end international payroll across Europe, including the UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy, France, and beyond. You will oversee onboarding, statutory registrations, and payroll governance with Deel as the core platform, collaborating with Finance, HR, and Tax to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 10+ years in payroll, leadership experience, and fluency in English; other European languages are a bonus.

Qualifications

10+ years of payroll experience, including multi-country leadership across Europe.
Strong knowledge of payroll tax, labour law and statutory registrations.
Experience with Deel and global payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

Hold end-to-end ownership of payroll across multiple European countries and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Oversee onboarding, registrations and changes in Deel for new hires and terminations.
Maintain payroll governance, controls, and audit-readiness with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Finance, HR and Tax to resolve cross-border payroll issues and reporting.
Lead and develop the payroll team and drive process improvements.
