Forvis Mazars in Barcelona seeks a Client Engagement Manager to lead complex global payroll engagements across Europe, acting as a trusted partner to multinational clients and internal stakeholders.

You will own end-to-end delivery, oversee onboarding, governance, and ongoing management, and drive automation and KPI reporting with the Center of Excellence and local teams, ensuring compliant, accurate payroll and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• At least three years proven experience in an international or multinational environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills with ability to automate processes.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary point of contact for multinational clients and coordinate with Forvis Mazars countries.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding and transition of new clients into the Global Payroll model.
• Lead ongoing management of complex cross-border client engagements.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track onboarding and ongoing management.
