NextPower in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Packaging Engineering to define and lead packaging strategy across the global product portfolio.

You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, building a high-performing team and collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and suppliers. The role emphasizes standardization, sustainability, cost optimization and protection of products across NextPower's worldwide

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in industrial Packaging Engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Packaging Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of industrial packaging materials, design, specs and validation.
• Experience leading global packaging teams across locations and time zones.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel globally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the Global Packaging Engineering strategy, aligned with business priorities.
• Lead and grow the global Packaging Engineering team across regions.
• Represent Packaging Engineering in NPI and new product development.
• Lead development and implementation of returnable packaging programs.
• Establish and maintain global packaging standards and validation requirements.
• Drive cost optimization, sustainability and total landed cost improvements across products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Suppliers.
