Arsys in Madrid is seeking a strategic Outsourcing Manager to shape and oversee our international outsourcing partnerships. You will collaborate with senior management to define strategies, manage partner relationships, and set performance metrics to meet quality and budget goals.

You will coordinate across product, IT, and customer service, monitor budgets, drive cost-effective solutions, and lead continuous improvement through post-project reviews.

Formación

• Experience managing outsourcing relationships in the customer-service sector.
• Project-management and vendor-management skills required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Developing the outsourcing strategy in collaboration with senior management.
• Act as main contact for international outsourcing partners.
• Develop KPIs and SLAs and monitor performance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align goals.
• Manage budgets related to outsourcing partnerships.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
