Job summary

Tether.io is seeking an experienced Corporate Offsites & Travel Manager to lead regional meetings, executive dinners, and the global corporate travel program. You will design scalable playbooks and ensure traveler satisfaction, policy compliance, and efficiency across our global footprint.

You will own end-to-end planning for regional offsites, manage VIP travel, and govern our TMC relationships while partnering with finance and operations to optimize budgets and processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading corporate meetings, regional offsites, and corporate travel management operations.
• 2+ years of direct people management or supervising and coordinating.
• Proven track record with 3rd-party Travel Management Company (TMC) relationships, OBTs, and group travel logistics.
• Experience coordinating travel for VIPs and large conferences.
• Strong venue sourcing, room blocks, catering coordination, and run-of-show planning.
• Vendor negotiations with hotels and event vendors.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• External & VIP Event Travel Support: coordinate travel arrangements for flagship and VIP events, manage ground transfers.
• Regional Offsites & Corporate Dinners: plan venues, logistics, and regional dining experiences; develop repeatable playbooks.
• Corporate Travel & TMC Agency Governance: monitor SLAs, OBT adoption, policy compliance, and traveler support.
• Administrative & Stakeholder Management: track budget actuals, audit billing feeds, and manage POs; collect post-event feedback.
