Job summary

Tether Operations Limited seeks a senior travel and events leader to own corporate travel for flagship and regional events, coordinating VIP logistics, room blocks, flights, and transfers. You will partner with event finance, procurement, and executives to ensure flawless execution.

Responsibilities include developing playbooks for offsite planning, managing third-party vendors, and driving policy compliance while mentoring travel staff and coordinating peak travel rosters.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading corporate meetings, regional offsites, and corporate travel management operations.

Responsibilities

• External & VIP Event Travel Support: serve as the dedicated travel focal point for flagship and VIP events; oversee room blocks, flight manifests, and VIP transfers.
• Regional Offsites & Corporate Dinners: plan venues, logistics, and private dining experiences; develop repeatable playbooks for smaller meetings.
• Corporate Travel & TMC Governance: own the TMC relationship; monitor SLAs, OBT adoption, traveler support, and policy compliance.
• Administrative & Stakeholder Management: track budgets, audit billing feeds, and manage POs; collect post-event travel data.
• Team Leadership & People Management: manage the Travel & Logistics Coordinator and event staff; set goals and review performance.
