Job summary

Perk is seeking an Executive / VIP Business Travel Consultant to deliver elite service to senior leaders and corporate clients. You will manage end-to-end travel—air, hotel, transfers—balancing policy, duty of care, and bespoke requests in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong hospitality or luxury customer service backgrounds, solid GDS experience (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo), and a calm, advisory approach. This hybrid role prefers onsite presence in hub locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-touch, premium customer service across executive travel, hospitality, aviation or luxury brands.
• GDS experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar.
• Strong understanding of contact centre metrics: productivity, efficiency and CSAT.
• Exceptional communication skills with a polished, discreet style.
• Ability to remain calm, decisive, and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Executive and VIP travel (air, hotel, ground transport) and bespoke requests.
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveller preferences, policy and duty of care.
• Handle urgent and high-impact travel disruptions with speed and empathy.
• Manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced Executive Care environment.
• Balance premium service with KPIs such as productivity, handle time, and SLA adherence.
• Build long-term relationships with Executive travellers through consistent, high-quality service.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain a high-performance elite service culture.
