Bayer in Barcelona is seeking an E2E O2C Process & Transformation Lead to define and drive the global O2C strategy, harmonize the ecosystem, and enable AI-enabled improvements across Sales, Margin, and Cash Flow.

The role requires a 10-year track record with 3+ years in transformation, strong business-technology bridging skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional programs with a focus on customer experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years driving process excellence, transformation, or efficiency initiatives within global organizations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes, customer experience principles, and business performance drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and execute the global O2C strategy in partnership with O2C leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end O2C process with automation, AI, and digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with Workstream Leads and regional leaders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of O2C initiatives.
• Drive UX initiatives across the global O2C landscape to improve stakeholder satisfaction and adoption.
