dormakaba International Holding AG seeks a seasoned Global Category Manager to lead procurement strategies across metals and extrusion, ensuring robust supplier relationships and compliant global processes. You will drive tenders, manage contracts, and coordinate with regional managers to align global strategies with local needs.

The role requires a university degree and at least 3 years in strategic procurement, with strong negotiation, analytics, and bilingual German/English communication.

Formación

• Completed university degree in business, engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic procurement role, ideally with a focus on metal profiles, tubes, or raw materials.
• Proven experience managing global tenders and negotiations in an international environment.
• Experience in stakeholder management and working with international teams.
• Strong communication skills with excellent networking abilities; very good written and spoken German and English.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with analytical thinking and a structured approach.

Responsabilidades

• Drive global procurement strategies and ensure availability of goods and services, focusing on aluminium extrusion and metal profiles.
• Define, implement, and monitor category objectives and KPIs aligned with global strategies.
• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies with market analysis and regional collaboration.

• Consolidate global requirements and align with regional needs.
