Chane is seeking an experienced Lead Category Manager to shape category management across European terminals. You will lead the Category Management team and work closely with the Procurement Manager on strategic sourcing, negotiations and supplier relationships.

You will develop category strategies, analyse spend, monitor market developments and translate insights into concrete sourcing decisions. The role offers an international environment, room for initiative and strong career development.

Formación

• Around 10 to 15 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management.
• Experience developing and executing commercial category strategies.
• Experience coordinating professionals across locations and functions.
• Strong track record in negotiations, contract management and spend analysis.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering).
• Fluent English and at least one local language (Dutch, French, Spanish or Portuguese).
• Professional procurement qualification such as CIPS/NEVI is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Category Management team and coordinate priorities with the Procurement Manager.
• Develop and implement category strategies and procurement plans; manage sourcing processes.
• Lead tenders, complex negotiations and contracts across multiple terminals.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships and oversee contract lifecycle.
• Ensure procurement is involved early in needs and aligns with business goals.
