Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. seeks a Mechanical & Electrical Services Technical Expert (MEP Manager) to oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and BMS design and operation across European facilities.

Based in Madrid/Barcelona or Milan with up to 50% travel, you will drive design reviews, coordinate with construction teams, and push sustainability improvements while leading cost-saving initiatives.

Formación

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Project, or CAD software.
• Experience with simulation and 3D modeling software.
• Knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems design.

Responsabilidades

• Review, challenge and improve mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and BMS services for new-built or refurbishment projects.
• Lead cost savings initiatives.
• Collect and sync feedback from developers, GCs and Consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Assist Preconstruction and Construction Managers during design reviews.
• Deep dive into technical details and lead problem resolution on a need basis.
