IQVIA in Spain is seeking a Lifecycle Safety Information Specialist to provide medical information call center support to healthcare professionals and consumers. You will review safety and product quality data, enter and code data, and generate narratives while maintaining high quality and accuracy.

You will work with a global Lifecycle safety team, mentor junior staff, and participate in training on new initiatives. Fluency in Estonian and English, plus an additional language, is required.

Qualifications

• Life Sciences degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Estonian (C2/native), English and an additional foreign language (min. C1).
• Willingness to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide phone support to health care professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, and other needs.
• Receive, triage, review and process Lifecycle safety operational data; perform data entry and coding; write descriptive narratives; generate queries; ensure quality control.
• Receive and document incoming calls or emails reporting safety data.
• Lead and mentor team members; foster a collaborative team environment; provide training to staff.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to identify issues and propose solutions; participate in training and new initiatives.
