Job summary

British American Tobacco Spain is inviting applications for its 18-month Global Graduate Programme in Marketing, Madrid. You will rotate across brand, category and commercial activation, gaining real responsibility and guidance from a coach and mentor within a global graduate network.

From your first weeks you will contribute to live projects, learn about brand strategy and activation, and collaborate with teams across Western Europe to develop you leadership and commercial capabilities.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Motivated, ambitious and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Open to international experiences and mobility opportunities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations across brand, category and commercial activation.
• Contribute to live commercial projects and collaborate with teams across Europe.
• Support the development, implementation and evaluation of campaigns.
• Analyse consumer and competitor trends to inform decisions.
• Present insights and recommendations to local or regional stakeholders.
