Our 24-month program strives to accelerate your career with varied experiences in just two years. Gain knowledge across functions, including strategy, early on. These rotations offer a complete understanding of our business, preparing you for leadership.

We seek innovative, curious, problem solvers with the following experience, abilities, and mindset:

• Minimum bachelor / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Digital, Human Resources, Legal, Political Science, or equivalent experience or qualifications
• Maximum 3 years working experience after university graduation
• Proficiency in English and local language
• Legal right to work in Europe (without sponsorship)
• Legal right to work in country of application
• Willingness to relocate abroad
• Fast learner, curious and thinking out of the box
• Initiative and courage for experimentation
• Agility and ability to adjust to dynamic market situations
• Ability to understand and bring to bear commercial insights
• Extraordinary teammate with strong collaboration skills
