Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Director to lead Falcon MLR's global marketing, shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. You will drive demand generation, events, and digital marketing while partnering with product, strategy, and cross-functional teams.

You will build compelling content, nurture target accounts, and measure impact to continuously optimize campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B software marketing experience.
• Proven track record of global, multi-channel campaigns and GTM execution.
• Hands-on GTM strategy development and content creation across customer stories, presentations, web content, videos, and sales tools.
• Deep understanding of database management, audience segmentation, and ABM.
• Proven ability to align across product lines and matrixed regions (NA & EU, LATAM, APAC).
• Experience leading end-to-end integrated marketing programs across launches, demand gen, webinars, events, and sales enablement.
• Ability to define metrics, track performance, and optimize programs using data and insights.
• Life sciences industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive global marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for Falcon MLR.
• Own the integrated marketing strategy with cross-functional collaboration on objectives and campaigns.
• Create awareness, nurture key contacts in target accounts to grow pipeline.
• Develop compelling marketing content to support all stages of the customer journey.
• Build differentiated positioning and messaging for target buyers and influencers.
• Represent customer voice by feeding market insights into strategy.
• Improve ABM programs through better audience segmentation and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Enablement, Strategy, and Marketing for program orchestration.
• Maintain accurate account and contact databases.
• Measure performance and optimize for awareness, pipeline, and adoption.
