Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Manager in Barcelona, Spain, to drive field marketing programs across demand generation, events, digital marketing, sales enablement, and communications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns for customers and prospects while coordinating events and reporting on metrics. The role offers a flexible Work Anywhere approach, enabling work from home or office, with opportunities to lead the annual Veeva Summit

Formación

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in a fast-growing company.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in LinkedIn and social media marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute field marketing plans, working with stakeholders to define goals, strategy, content, tactics, and KPIs for the year.
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events from planning to reporting.
• Build integrated marketing campaigns across channels, including email, social, and digital advertising.
• Collaborate with product marketing, creative, content, product, and communications teams to deliver field marketing programs for customers and prospects.
• Support outreach programs to engage current and prospective customers via LinkedIn, media, and other channels.
• Organize the annual Veeva Summit, including logistics, communities, communications, app management and reporting.
• Own weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics to drive decisions.
