METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Market Manager (Sales) to lead international sales efforts from Barcelona or Madrid. You will collaborate with Market Organizations and General Agencies to implement sales strategies for process analytic systems.

You will drive business plans, coach the Field Sales Force, and contribute to product marketing and development while traveling internationally up to 40% of the time. Fluency in English and German is required.

Formación

• Background in international sales of capital goods, preferably pharma/chemical/food industries.
• Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
• Willing to travel internationally around 30–40%.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Market Organizations and General Agencies to promote and sell process analytical systems.
• Drive marketing and sales strategies and develop rolling business plans for assigned countries.
• Jointly develop and review a Business Plan with the MO Business Manager to achieve targets.
• Coach and train Field Sales Force to trigger repeat and new sales using available collaterals.
• Provide input on product marketing and developments.
