Jobtailor is seeking a dynamic outbound sales professional to drive Go-To-Market efforts in Barcelona, researching local demand, prospecting venues, and setting up new accounts. You will engage in a fast-paced cycle and tailor solutions for each venue.

Collaborate with the CEO and teams across international markets, negotiating in German and leading company-wide discussions in English to align strategy and execution.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) execution, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
• Outbound sales experience within startup environments or software/SaaS companies is highly applicable.
• Fluent German to negotiate flawlessly with business entities.
• Strong English to command company-wide meetings, training, and strategic alignments.

Responsabilidades

• Run a fast-paced outbound sales cycle in our established urban hubs.
• Research local demand and prospect the top venues for launching in new regions.
• Listen deeply to a venue's business realities and provide tailored solutions.
• Set up accounts for new venues joining us and create polished listings.
• Take ownership of the active German network once market growth occurs.
• Collaborate closely with CEO and teammates from mature international markets.
