Ferrer is seeking a Corporate MAP Operations Officer to drive the coordination, governance, and execution of global Pricing & Reimbursement activities across its launch portfolio. You will act as the operational bridge between affiliates, commercial partners, and global teams to ensure timely milestones and risk management.

You will contribute to enabling access to Ferrer's medicines worldwide by overseeing launch readiness and cross-functional alignment in a highly international setting,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, market access, pricing, commercialization, operations or similar cross-functional role in pharma.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across geographies.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and international environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proactive risk mitigation.
• Experience with governance frameworks, processes and operational excellence initiatives is valued.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Your mission As a Corporate MAP Operations Officer, reporting to the Head of Marketing Access & Pricing you will play a key role in ensuring the effective coordination, governance, and execution of global Pricing & Reimbursement (P&R) activities across Ferrer's launch portfolio. You will act as the operational bridge between affiliates, commercial partners, and global cross-functional teams, driving launch readiness, process compliance, timely milestone delivery, and proactive risk management.

As a Corporate MAP Operations Officer, reporting to the Head of Marketing Access & Pricing you will play a key role in ensuring the effective coordination, governance, and execution of global Pricing & Reimbursement (P&R) activities across Ferrer's launch portfolio. You will act as the operational bridge between affiliates, commercial partners, and global cross-functional teams, driving launch readiness, process compliance, timely milestone delivery, and proactive risk management.

Your contribution will be essential to enabling timely and sustainable patient access to Ferrer's medicines worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global Pricing & Reimbursement (P&R) activities to ensure launch readiness, alignment of milestones, and successful execution across markets.
• Drive governance and process compliance, ensuring affiliates and partners follow agreed frameworks, SOPs, and operational requirements.
• Monitor project progress, track key deliverables, and proactively identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, or execution challenges.
• Act as the main point of coordination between affiliates, commercial partners, and global cross-functional teams, facilitating decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
• Support strategic Market Access & Pricing initiatives through project management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project management, market access, pricing, commercialization, operations, or a similar cross-functional environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across diverse teams and geographies.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and international environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
• Experience working with governance frameworks, processes, and operational excellence initiatives is highly valued.
• High level of accountability, attention to detail, and delivery orientation.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
