Job summary

Noatum Maritime Services in Barcelona seeks a Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers across ports and locations. You will oversee contract and SLA management, onboarding, and service delivery oversight, coordinating with commercial teams and operations to drive customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (see above)
3–5 years of experience in maritime, shipping or logistics
Experience managing customer relationships in international/multi-location environments
Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, governance models and commercial contracts
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Key Account Management: develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key customers.
Contract & SLA Management: support implementation and management of customer-specific agreements and SLAs.
Customer Onboarding: coordinate and lead onboarding of new customers.
Service Delivery Oversight: monitor delivery across ports and teams to meet service standards.
Customer Communication & Relationship Management: maintain regular engagement and manage expectations.
