Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Digital Content Specialist in Madrid to ensure fresh, high‑quality multilingual content for RadissonHotels.com and the Radisson Hotels app. You will work in the Digital Experience Center of Excellence to support content publishing, translation flows, and CMS workflows.

The role requires strong digital and web skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, plus basic HTML knowledge and experience with CMS

Formación

• Strong English language skills preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using a multilingual web CMS.
• Familiar with ticketing systems and SLA compliance.
• Basic working knowledge of HTML.
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work with technical staff to communicate issues.

Responsabilidades

• Publish content on the website and app via CMS.
• Load copy and images, publish to the site.
• Send content for translation through CMS.
• Ensure updates are handled quickly and efficiently.
• Review feedback and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Identify CMS/content bugs and submit Jira tickets.
• Monitor support inbox and route issues to the appropriate team.
