HBX Group is seeking a senior strategic finance professional to lead inorganic growth initiatives, identifying opportunities and guiding transactions from start to finish. You will build financial models, craft investment theses and coordinate with senior executives and external advisers to close deals.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end deal execution, conducting market analysis, and preparing board-ready materials.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development or related strategic finance.
• Proven ability to lead complex M&A transactions from origination to completion.
• Strong financial modelling, valuations and investment recommendations.
• Experience with senior executives and Board stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end acquisitions, divestments and strategic projects from assessment through closing.
• Manage valuation, financial modelling, due diligence and transaction structuring activities.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external advisers throughout the transaction process.
• Drive negotiations and support transaction documentation and execution.
• Prepare analyses and materials for Senior Management, Executive Committees and the Board.
