Bridgestone is seeking a Logistics Professional to support international logistics operations in Bilbao. You will independently manage orders, delivery schedules, inventory, and shipments in close coordination with warehouses and 3PL partners.

You will work with the Central Traffic Team to plan transport and identify optimization opportunities, ensuring service excellence and compliance with quality standards and SLAs. You will drive continuous improvement and maintain SOPs for audits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in roles such as Customer Service Specialist, Logistics Specialist, Transportation Specialist, Freight Forwarder, Logistics Assistant, or Supply Chain Planner.
• Ability to structure work, prioritize tasks, and maintain high accuracy and quality.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Curiosity to understand end-to-end processes and propose optimization ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage customer orders, delivery schedules, inventory tracking, and shipments with warehouses and 3PL partners.
• Coordinate transport planning and tracking with the Central Traffic Team, seeking synergies and network optimization.
• Ensure service excellence and compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer SLAs.
• Deliver practical solutions to daily challenges and optimize operational workflows with the Team Leader.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers for seamless, end-to-end logistics execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with ground-level insights and process enhancements.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs and documentation for audits and compliance.
