ALOHAS is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Specialist in Barcelona. You will own the outbound order cycle end-to-end and work with an automated backbone to catch and fix system flags, improving processes for faster delivery and tighter margins.

You will engage with international export/import logistics, optimize carrier selection, and protect service levels across global markets while collaborating with an agile team in a sustainability-minded fashion.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Commerce or related field.
• Proven experience in operational fulfilment, distribution, or freight/forwarder management (DTC, retail or fashion preferred).
• Hands-on international logistics knowledge: customs procedures and documentation.
• Strong cost and invoice control with a budgeting mindset.
• Data storytelling and KPI reporting experience (OTIF, SLAs).

Responsabilidades

• Run end-to-end order book for outbound volume.
• Own a defined volume through the full sale-order cycle (delivery notes, invoicing, picking, fulfilment, shipping).
• Uphold service targets (OTIF >95%, chargebacks 95%).
• Manage international freight forwarders and carrier selections and negotiations.
• Own customs procedures and export/import documentation.
• Monitor transport costs and reconcile invoices.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Flag exceptions and drive automation to prevent repeats.
