Galenicum seeks a Global Distribution Expert to join our Supply Chain Team in a fast-growing pharmaceutical environment. You will manage import/export documentation, coordinate international shipments and maintain ERP data in SAP S/4HANA, while driving KPI-based improvements.

We value candidates with 2–4 years in customs and logistics, fluent English and Spanish, and a Bachelor’s degree. The role emphasizes process automation, collaboration with IT, and a flexible, performance-driven culture.

Formación

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operational customs management/import-export.
• Excellent level of English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in International Trade, Logistics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage import/export documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate international shipments for pharma and non-pharma lines.
• Log logistics costs, duties and freight in SAP S/4HANA; audit invoices.
• Analyze KPI data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Collaborate on automation and AI-driven process improvements.
