Galenicum is seeking a Global Distribution Expert to join the Supply Chain Team in Madrid. The role focuses on operational customs management, international freight coordination for pharma and non-pharma, and ERP cost recording in SAP S/4HANA.

You will drive KPI analysis, support continuous improvement projects, and collaborate with IT for automation and AI initiatives. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with a relevant degree and 2–4 years of experience.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in operational customs management and import/export.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or ADE.
• Excellent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate daily international shipments and monitor GDP compliance.
• Log logistics costs in SAP S/4HANA and verify carrier invoices.
• Analyze KPI data and drive operational improvements.
• Lead process automation and AI initiatives in logistics.
