Galenicum in Spain is seeking a Global Distribution Expert to join our Supply Chain Team. You will manage import/export documentation, coordinate international shipments, and ensure regulatory compliance across GDP guidelines while maintaining cold chain integrity.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in customs management, proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, English and Spanish skills, and a proactive mindset to drive cost control and KPI reporting.

Formación

• 2–4 years in operational customs management and import/export processes.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or Healthcare sectors preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with trade, local, and customs regulations.
• Serve as daily point of contact for customs brokers; resolve clearance issues and verify HTS classifications.
• Coordinate international shipments and monitor GDP compliance, cold chain and transport incidents.
• Log logistics costs into SAP S/4HANA and audit carrier invoices against tariffs.
• Build and analyze KPIs on clearance lead times, carrier reliability, and distribution costs.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on automation and AI for customs processes.
