Legends Global (Europe) is seeking a Transport & Customs Administrator in Madrid to partner with Logistics Managers and carriers. The role focuses on coordinating global distribution, improving transportation solutions, and ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a related field and be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong Excel skills and experience with carriers and 3PLs. This is an on-site, full-time position in Madrid.

Formación

• Academic background in International Trade, Logistics, Transportation, Customs Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience coordinating carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, and last-mile delivery providers.
• Strong digital literacy, including advanced Excel capabilities.
• Programming & Data Technologies knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate global retail distribution for B2C and B2B channels.
• Liaise with 3PL warehousing teams and carriers.
• Monitor carrier shipping costs and validate invoices.
• Validate shipping documents and coordinate customs clearance.
• Support regulatory changes and KPI reporting.
