Job summary

Ivoclar EMEA in Alcobendas seeks an Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator to manage orders, inquiries, delivery dates, and documentation. You will coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate invoicing and timely shipments.

Requirements include vocational education in business/logistics, 2–4 years in order processing or logistics, SAP/ERP experience, and fluent English and German. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational education in business administration or logistics.
• 2–4 years of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or customer service.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong understanding of order management and shipping processes.
• Knowledge of transport documentation and international shipping regulations.
• Ability to create invoices, credit notes, and manage delivery conditions.
• Familiarity with trade fair and event logistics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders, quote requests, and customer inquiries.
• Monitor product availability and track delivery dates.
• Prepare transport documents and accompanying papers for special transports from Schaan/FL.
• Create invoices and credit notes.
• Coordinate shipment of trade fair and course materials.
