Galderma is seeking a Global Head of Operations Excellence to design and deploy our end-to-end lean transformation across global supply, manufacturing and industrial footprints. You will lead a cross-functional effort to achieve 85%+ OEE, standardize processes and accelerate continuous improvement across the organization.

• Background in manufacturing, supply chain and/or engineering in a large global organization.
• Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Proven track record in leading transformation programs and building capability at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Galderma’s end-to-end Operations Excellence transformation for lean development across global supply, industrial and manufacturing footprint.
• Lead and mentor leaders and cross-functional teams to standardize excellence practices and drive 85%+ OEE.
• Coordinate annual strategy plans and governance, using Lean/Six Sigma tools to deliver measurable performance improvements.
