TMF Group in Madrid is seeking a Legal Trainee to support corporate law tasks for an international client portfolio. You will collaborate with Legal Account Managers and Legal Officers to deliver accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain exposure to corporate and commercial law tasks, assist with filings, and contribute to quality standards while growing through TMF Business Academy.

Formación

• Law degree or equivalent, with strong legal writing skills.
• Excellent Spanish communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with MS Office and document management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with corporate maintenance of client entities.
• Prepare official documents such as deeds, contracts, minutes, certificates and tax registrations.
• Support the incorporation of companies and shelf entities.
• Handle legal tasks and maintain files and records.
• Prepare and file forms to communicate with local authorities (i.e., 030, 036, D4, D8, D1, D5).
• Update minutes book, stakeholders register and intake forms.
• Represent the company before notaries, banks and local authorities.
• Administrative tasks, such as cover letters and courier arrangements.
