TMF Group is seeking a Legal Trainee in Madrid to work on a dynamic portfolio of international clients. You will support corporate maintenance, document drafting, and filings while collaborating with Legal Account Managers and Legal Officers who guide your development.

Requirements include a Law degree, advanced English, excellent Spanish communication, and strong MS Office skills. This entry role offers growth in a global services environment with a focus on accuracy and team collaboration.

Formación

• Degree in Law or equivalent required.
• No consolidated corporate or commercial law experience is required, but a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong written communication.
• Excellent Spanish language communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Fast learner with adaptability to changing environments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain client company records and prepare official documents (deeds, contracts, minutes, certificates, tax registrations).
• Support incorporation of companies and shelf companies.
• Handle legal-related tasks and processing.
• Maintain and update files, records, certificates and related documents.
• Prepare and file forms with local authorities (e.g., 030, 036, D4, D8, D1, D5, Bank of Spain reporting).
• Update minutes book, stakeholders register and intake forms.
• Keep compliance files updated per quality standards.
• Represent the company to notaries, banks and local authorities.
• Perform administrative duties such as cover letters and courier arrangements.
