Job summary

Nordex in Madrid seeks a Global Lean Specialist to drive transformation across blade manufacturing. You will lead the Lean Transformation Roadmap and embed Lean principles in daily operations.

You will coach leaders, run Kaizen events, and coordinate cross-functional CI programs to deliver measurable gains in productivity, quality, and costs. English proficiency required; master’s degree valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification required.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, preferably blade manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean tools and value stream mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lean Transformation Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Implement and sustain the Production System in daily operations.
• Lead cross-functional CI programs and Kaizen events.
• Drive measurable gains in productivity, cycle time, quality and cost.
• Coach leaders and develop Lean capabilities across the organization.
