Nordex Group is seeking a Global Lean Specialist in the blade manufacturing domain to drive a Lean transformation across the organization. The role focuses on embedding Lean in daily operations, leading Kaizen events, and delivering measurable gains in productivity, quality, and cost across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in engineering or manufacturing, with Lean manufacturing experience, and strong English skills (C1).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• Proven experience in lean manufacturing, preferably in blade manufacturing or related industry (with supply chain processes and quality management systems).
• Strong knowledge of lean tools, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated experience leading Kaizens (operational & transactional), Continuous improvement and 3P workshops.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• C1 Spoken and Written English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Lean Transformation Roadmap: align Lean initiatives with business objectives.
• Implement and Sustain the Production System: embed Lean in daily operations.
• Lead Cross-Functional Continuous Improvement Programs: Kaizen events and workshops; drive productivity, cycle time, quality, inventory, and cost gains.
• Drive Structured Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis: eliminate root causes, not symptoms.
• Develop Lean Capabilities and Coach Leaders: foster a self-sustaining Lean culture.
