SD Worx Spain is seeking an International Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of international mid-market and enterprise Global Solutions clients across Europe. You will grow account value, strengthen client relationships, and align our payroll and HR solutions with evolving international needs while remaining hands-on in day-to-day commercial interactions.

The role requires 5+ years in a commercial or contractual B2B role, experience in multi-country environments, and fluency in German

• 5+ years in a commercial or contractual role within a B2B environment
• Experience working in a multi-country or matrix organisation
• Experience managing international clients
• Excellent German and fluent English
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel within Europe

Responsabilidades

• Act as the single commercial point of contact for a portfolio of international mid-market and enterprise Global Solutions clients
• Drive sustainable account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and extending contracts
• Proactively understand client needs and translate into tailored payroll and HR solutions
• Lead commercial conversations and position SD Worx as a trusted partner
• Own commercial, contractual, and escalation aspects of the account
