Collective.Work in Barcelona is seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead multiple Workplace/IT projects in an international context, coordinating with several stakeholders and guiding change management, reporting, and the transition into BAU.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, fluency in multiple languages, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup with on-site presence. You will drive project governance and ensure successful delivery across countries and cultures.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Knowledge of DevOps environments.
• Experience managing Workplace and End User Services projects.
• Ability to manage several independent projects in an international matrix environment.
• Excellent risk and change management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead at least two independent Workplace/IT projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage reporting and steering committees.
• Prepare the transition into BAU and ensure smooth handover.
• Oversee project governance and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate cross-country communications across cultures.
